Plantar Fasciitis is one of the most common foot problems among men and women. The bruising pain that usually appears in the morning makes it hard for you to walk. The condition affects people between the age of 40 and 65. The main reason of this pain is the extreme pressure on the tendons connecting toe and heel which results in injury, or ruptured ligament. The pressure or stress on one particular part of foot is due to such footwear that has a poor structure. The failure of a footwear to divide the weight of body and pressure evenly throughout the feet can cause the ligaments to injure.
